Abstract:
This case study helps in understanding spread sheet applications and developing macros for simple statistical analysis. Sunaina Singh, a consultant by profession for Mr. Murthy, wanted to implement an enterprise resource planning (ERP) package in his organization to streamline the business processes and to create a common shared database throughout the organization.

However, all the functional heads of the organization were not happy to with uniform database. Sunaina Singh develops a management game to break the resistance.
